Together with SPACE10, we helped IKEA define its strategy for achieving digital transformation for customers and meeting its five-year growth targets.
CASE​
IKEA underwent a significant digital transformation that affected all aspects of life and consumer behaviour; therefore, it needed a strategy to adapt and develop the necessary capabilities within the company to meet its five-year growth targets.
RESULTS
We helped senior management create a roadmap outlining key deliverables designed to enhance IKEA's value for both internal stakeholders and customers. This roadmap was presented to line managers and translated into business development initiatives.

DELIVERABLES
​​The outcome was a widely accepted statement that defined expectations for addressing future consumer needs and aspirations. This roadmap sets priorities for business development and identifies 5 to 10 essential capabilities required to increase value and achieve growth targets over the next five years.
