We helped RSA Scandinavia develop their new brand strategy and trained the top 100 Nordic managers to achieve their three-year target.

CASE​

RSA Scandinavia sought to rebrand its business and outline the path to achieving this goal, adapting to market changes and fulfilling the objectives set in its business strategy.

 

RESULTS

We helped define a new brand that enables RSA to meet its three-year strategic targets. The process led to an overview of the current state regarding ongoing initiatives within each business branch and a plan for alignment and implementation across the company.

DELIVERABLES

An analysis of the current state, facilitated through workshops and management training sessions (ranked among the top 100 in Scandinavia), helped develop a new brand strategy and implementation plans. Brand priorities were defined to align with strategic targets and market changes. An organisation-wide train-the-trainer program aimed to achieve the desired business transformation.
