RESULTS
We helped define a new brand that enables RSA to meet its three-year strategic targets. The process led to an overview of the current state regarding ongoing initiatives within each business branch and a plan for alignment and implementation across the company.

An analysis of the current state, facilitated through workshops and management training sessions (ranked among the top 100 in Scandinavia), helped develop a new brand strategy and implementation plans. Brand priorities were defined to align with strategic targets and market changes. An organisation-wide train-the-trainer program aimed to achieve the desired business transformation.
