Akademikerne provides politically and socioeconomically relevant input to decision-makers; however, variability in the process led to inconsistent delivery times, quality, and resource allocation. 

RESULTS

Through comprehensive mapping and analysis, a series of standard products representing approximately 80% of total production were developed. Corresponding production plans were implemented, significantly improving the quality and consistency of Akademikerne’s deliverables.

DELIVERABLES

BY ERROR delivered an end-to-end analysis of the production process that reduced and standardised 80% of production. Standard tools for planning, execution, and systematic process improvement were defined, along with KPIs to monitor performance and quality. Managers were trained to lead the behavioural changes required for adopting new processes, systems, and tools.
