Data modelling turns information into insight, and insight into business improvement.

Models BY ERROR

Through data modelling and applied AI, we give you the right information at the right time, so you can understand performance, bring people and systems together, and reach your goals.

WHERE DATA EARNS ITS KEEP

Data holds real potential, and most organisations already have plenty of it, spread across many different systems. A good model brings data together into something you can act on: the right insight, in the right hands, exactly when it matters.

We build models for the three places where they make the biggest difference. In operations, to show where time and quality can be gained, and point teams to where they should focus next. In strategy, to ground decisions in evidence across markets, processes and production, so changes are caught while they are still easy to adjust. In change, to keep the story straight: what happened, why, what it means next, and how to make sure it happens less often.

It all comes down to people. A model earns its keep once it connects business goals with the people who work towards them every day, and once it fits how the organisation really works, so everyone understands what is changing, and why. That's where we start, and AI joins only once it has proven it belongs.

MODELS IN PRACTICE

Data conversion tool

A semi-automatic data exchange tool that keeps schedules in sync between client and consulting engineer, even when they work in different MS Project setups. On a large infrastructure project, it cut weekly manual work from 480 minutes to 15.

3D model & connection tool (TBL)

Links 3D models directly to the tender bill of quantities, giving full traceability from design to execution to payment. Clients get live, reference-based cost estimates throughout the design phase, so the cost of design changes is clear before construction starts and decisions and budgets rest on far more accurate information.

Deviation database

Captures what happened whenever deviations occur in safety-critical processes, so consequences shrink and recurrence drops. It gives instant access to the countermeasures used in similar past incidents, reducing the time spent handling deviations by up to 80%. The data also informs decisions on process updates and training.

Forecasting models

Combine data such as passenger counts, train data, traction power, operating data and GIS to reveal patterns across large, complex networks. Planners can simulate changes to balance service level against capacity, and maintenance teams can trace faults to their cause and act before critical failures occur, 98% faster than before.

24-hour report

An automated report that turns manually reported operations data into a clear overview every 24 hours, showing what causes delays and where reliability is most at risk. It gives teams a fast, data-driven starting point for directing resources to the most critical issues each day.
