We are proud to support Banedanmark in advancing the ambitious rebuild of Aarhus Station – a megaproject shaping the future of Danish rail infrastructure.
CASE
Aarhus Station is undergoing a two-year rebuild to improve rail traffic efficiency and transition to electric trains. The project is highly complex and requires extensive planning and coordination with multiple contractors.
RESULTS
The project is on track and has reached a significant milestone: tendering. We supported the project team and senior management in production planning, budgeting, environmental concerns, and safety.
Key tasks also included drainage system design, safety and regulatory compliance, risk analysis, tender strategy, and stakeholder coordination.
DELIVERABLES
We provide ongoing support in the final design stages to ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met. We work with local managers and staff to implement LEAN production system principles during construction.
We are currently establishing systems for monitoring progress, resolving issues, and fostering continuous learning throughout construction.
